Do you wish to be on-time to listen to all your preferred talks and not to miss any interesting poster? Use the Individual Program Planner.

Create your personalized program of the 18th International Microscopy Congress.

This tool lets you create your personalized program of the Congress – “My Program”. Just mark all the sessions/talks/posters you wish to visit, and the Planner will organize them for you in a table that you can save or print for further use. You will easily see what time overlaps there are, or where to move next.

There are two versions - on-line if you are on a fast internet connection, or off-line, if the connection is slow or none.

Please be aware that the wi-fi will not be available in the lecture rooms – it will be available only in dedicated areas of the Congress venue. We strongly recommend creating and downloading your individual “My Program” for the off-line usage at the Congress site.

Please follow these few easy steps:

  • Start the Individual Program Planner (button below; please be patient, it takes approximately 20 seconds to display the website - there are more than 2,000 abstracts).
  • Mark all your sessions/talks/posters of interest by clicking the boxes on left side (selection of a session marks all talks in that session).
  • You can search for specific terms in the abstract title or authors using the search boxes in the upper part of the screen.
  • If there is at least one presentation selected in a given session, the session name will be marked green – so you can easily see which sessions you have planned already.
  • After selecting all abstracts, press the button “CREATE MY PROGRAM”. Your individual program will be displayed with links to the full texts of the abstracts.
  • If you wish to modify “My program”, just press the button “MODIFY MY PROGRAM”.
  • When done, you can download My Program by clicking the “DOWNLOAD MY PROGRAM” or “DOWNLOAD MY PROGRAM FOR OFFLINE USE” button.
  • If you wish to start from scratch, press “Clear all selected ” on the main screen.

Please have ready the email address and password for the IMC 2014 ONLINE GATE.

You can also download the Proceedings as HTML or PDF formats.
