The symposium addresses methodology and applications in the field of Convergent Beam Electron Diffraction (CBED) including quantitative CBED, Nano-Beam Diffraction (NBD), Precession Electron Diffraction (PED) and time-resolved electron diffraction, including all aspects of the EBSD.
